For the 2nd time in a day, we broke down 1800mi into our cross-country trip. 100mi after a broken radiator hose, the tranny "clunked" & was slipping. In the middle of seemingly nowhere, a local at a gas station directed us 3mi to Chris. He knew right away our tranny was overheating & needed a Speed Sensor. Got a fluid flush, took the time to test drive the Jeep & worked after hours. Had to pay a guy $40 to bring us a late part. But they saved our butts. Don't be put off by the rough language & mess around the premises. An old Bostonian at heart & relocated, Chris knows his stuff. Lucky for Grand Rivers.
