Not bad.. People are laid back, friendly and very nice... WiFi is fantastic!! We stay here twice a year traveling to and from Florida. Works great for one or two night stay.

Just a place to park with hook ups and not cheap unless you have Passport. Wifi signal poor...cable has about 12 channels....close to Grand Rivers
